This was my such great stay of 3 nights. I was surprised with the queen studio. The location was marvellous and lovely for getting around, as a port was nearby the hotel. There was a great restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

Review of Gum Tree Caravan Park, Port Fairy
Gum Tree Caravan Park served as an excellent base for exploring the local area, conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, Port Fairy, and Warrnambool. the park's location made it an easy walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We found the units exceptionally clean and well-equipped with utensils and a fridge, and the staff were friendly and easy-going.

Fantastic location near Port Fairy and Warrnambool. Close to off-road rail trail. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Well-priced and excellent room. Bikes and surfboards available. Will come back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cabin was modern and spacious, with a well-stocked kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a stylish bathroom that was spotlessly clean. We were impressed with the excellent hotel facilities, including an off-leash area for dogs and a dog-only playground equipped with a climbing frame. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing assistance after hours with internet issues. a great location for a quiet getaway.
